Verdict

Regular prepaid card. Consider getting a secured card or a free checking account instead. This plan has no monthly fee (there is an activation fee though) but has a $1 charge for every card transaction. If you use the card for more than 10 transactions per month, you will be better with a Gold card plan from Account Now. However it is easier to have just a free checking account and a debit card instead.
