Cons

  • AmEx credit cards are not accepted everywhere – especially outside the U.S.
  • 2.7% international transaction fee

Verdict

A junior version of Blue Cash Preferred card from American Express. No annual fee but less cash back – up to 3% on groceries and 2% on gas. If you plan to spend more than $2,500 annually on groceries, consider Preferred version if the card – it will pay off its $75 annual fee pretty fast with its extra high 6% cashback on groceries.
