As a cardholder of the Citi Prestige, all you have to do to get your 4^th night free is book four consecutive nights at any hotel through a personal travel advisor with MasterCard Airport Concierge. Although you can take advantage of this benefit with any hotel, you won’t qualify if you book your hotel stay through other methods such as with travel agents, other websites, or if you book directly with the hotel. You do have to book through Citi Concierge Services, and let them know you will be booking your hotel stay with your Citi Prestige card. With this offer, Citi actually reimburses the cost of the 4^th night at the hotel.
