I have no credit history and lived outside of US

I have no credit history, have been living outside of the US for 27 years. Is it possible to get a credit card to establish credit in the US?

Yes, there are several credit card offers that can help you to start building your credit with no previous credit history.

I would recommend to apply for Capital One credit cards - Platinum or Quicksilver One

These cards are marketed for people with no previous credit history, so you have good chances of approval.

Another option - to try Barclaycard Rewards card. This card is available for those with fair credit history, but usually that works for no credit history as well
