Pros

Easy approval process, bad credit is not a problem

Rewards and discounts, tier system for frequent shoppers

Cons

  • Lots of restrictions- you need to keep your rewards account in good standing (keep shopping), etc. 
  • Highest APR among all store cards
  • Accepted only at J.C. Penney and Sephora, also at CVS, Rite Aid pharmacies.

Verdict

Not the best card for shopping, and one of the worst to carry a balance on. Can be an option for building one's credit because of the easy approval.
