It is exactly the same card as a Horizon Gold – not a credit card, but just a store card that can be used only at Horizon online store. Overwhelming hidden fees, no reporting to credit bureaus. The card is useless and just a waste of money.

Have a look at Capital One Secured card if you have bad credit or a Capital One Platinum if you have no credit – these are legit and honest credit cards.
