Verdict
This card is positioned as a balance transfer card - it charges no interest on balance transfers for 18 months. Remember that 3% balance transfer fee still applies.
The uncommon approach the card takes is to reward you for carrying a balance - you earn points not only for shopping but also for paying an interest on your balance.
Be aware that the PNC points are easy to get but the value is no more than 1/4 cents each; otherwise, it requires good math skills to assess if the card is worth having or if it is better to find a 9% APR offer from US Bank VISA Platinum or Barclaycard Ring.
