Verdict

Not the best credit card; the card doesn't offer any incentive to apply for it - no sign up bonuses, no rewards programs. Moreover, the high end APR is a little too high, however, it is decided individually based on the applicants credit situation (or a co-signer situation more often after the CARD Act).
