Chase Slate card is a leader with its 15 months, 0% APR on balance transfers and purchases, and zero balance transfer fee for 60 days of the account. Even better, you can get the card with an average credit, which is not a usual offering.
Simmons Banks cards are hard to get because of a very strict and long application process, but they offer a low ongoing APR and no balance transfer fee.
