Verdict

A good card for people with no credit or previous problems in credit history. Good for building/rebuilding credit history. Not so good for carrying a balance. 

Slightly lower APR than on a Platinum credit card (20.9 vs 24.9%) for a grater annual fee ($39 vs. $19).
